DON'T FEAR
THE REAPER

There is a way of seeing that most of us had once and then unlearned:a habit of attention tuned to the things we were taught to walk past. Don't Fear the Reaper is about recovering it.

Hegemony does not begin when alternatives are forbidden.
It begins when alternatives stop feeling real.

Every organisation is held together by an arrangement of people, tools, rules, dependencies, and habits: a configuration. Most of the failures that no framework can explain are configurations beginning to drift, read too late. The cultivated capacity to see what holds an arrangement together, what is coming apart, and which futures are still possible is what the book calls relational intelligence.

The reading happens in the material spaces where the present is organised before it becomes strategy or crisis: dashboards, procurement systems, cloud platforms, AI interfaces, governance models. These are the rooms where the future takes shape before anyone has named it.
